The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s free PreK program for eligible four-year-olds. Through a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment, children are encouraged to explore their natural curiosity while building essential social skills such as sharing, taking turns, cooperating with others, and forming friendships.
Daily learning includes math, early literacy, and critical thinking skills taught through engaging, hands-on activities that feel meaningful and fun. By strengthening focus, self-regulation, and a positive approach to learning, GSRP helps children develop the confidence and self-esteem that are essential for long-term success.
We are confident that through this intentional approach, your Lil Sunflower will be well prepared for kindergarten and beyond, equipped with the right tools to grow academically and thrive as an individual.
